With over 20 years of experience drafting sale and lease documents and litigating real estate disputes, including evictions and appeals, Lawyers Property Management is ideal for managing commercial, retail, or residential properties. Ed Rainey started in real estate, working in construction, from framing to cabinet-making. At the same time, he earned a BS in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Houston. Next, Ed fulfilled his childhood dream of attending the University of Colorado after watching a Buffalo football game on television, earning his law degree in 1996.
During his time practicing law, Ed handled real estate matters regularly. In 2022, during the Great Freeze, Ed took the requisite online classes and obtained his Texas real estate sales license.
